We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typically, lead data is retained for 7 years.
